Vladimir Smirnov (also known as the Russian Spy) is a supporting antagonist in SuperMarioLogan. He first appeared in The Mystery Safe! as the main antagonist.
Vladimir is a Russian born criminal who was trying to steal a safe but threw it out of a plane. Vladimir Smirrnov was evil ever since childhood because it was mentioned that he killed his mother when he was three years old. During his adulthood, he become a Russian criminal whose main goal was to go into a plane and steal a safe, but Brooklyn T. Guy tracked him down. Then, he dropped the safe which had various undercover weapons such as a Pen Gun, and other weapons. Cody wanted to trick Vladimir by saying he has a small p*nis because Cody doesn't want him to nuke an entire country. Then, he died because Junior killed him with a gun pen and Cody said he had the biggest p*nis ever which made Bowser Junior uncomfortable. He was voiced by Lovell Stanton in his first appearance, The Mystery Safe where his voice sounded a lot like Chef Pee Pee except for the fact that Chef Pee Pee has had an Italian accent and currently has an American accent while Vladimir has a Russian accent.
He was used as one of the dead bodies of Does Bad Things Guy's 26 victims in The Secret Door!, meaning he won't appear again. However, in 2020, he was somehow revived and is now known as the Purse-Snatcher, and he steals woman's purses. He also steals men's purses as well. He is also currently voiced by Chris Netherton.
He also possibly came back as a robber in the 2019 video, Officer Jeffy as the robber has a similar voice to Vladimir.
It can be possible that the reason why he currently steals women and men's purses is because he doesn't have any money and didn't find a good job to help it, so he thought stealing is better. He's one of the most evil villains on SuperMarioLogan because he killed his mother when he was a 3 year old and he was willing to wipe out the U.S.A. by wanting to have a nuke code. It is unknown who he lived with since he killed his mom.
