Justice and kindness.. Hahaha! You’re really funny. You see? The world is about greediness and if I don’t get more money.. I don’t get to keep hell in line. That’s what you’re here for. I am the worst boss.. But I have to keep you in my business. If you don’t do what I say.. well its’ the third time I f***ck you like this.. Really damn hard and beautiful pain. Am I understood Verosika?
~ Vox lecturing Verosika about his greediness.
YOU HAD TO BETRAY MEE?!!!! I TOLD YOU NOT TO GO WITH THOSE IDIOTS! YOU REALLY PISSED ME OFF! NOW DOWN B**TCH!
~ Vox's breakdown of anger, before he tortures and rapes Verosika for her failure.

Vox is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Valentino) in the first season of the of the animated adult fan-series and remake Hazbin World.

He is the former leader of The 3 V's, Valentino's partner in crime, the CEO of VoxTech, Verosika Mayday's former boss and employer turned archenemy, and is Blitzo's boss, Mammon's former ally and superior, as well as a lord of Hell. He is also one of the three archenemies of Loona, Husk, Charlie Magne and Velvette (alongside The Anti-Christ and Mammon). He is the most ambitious of the three lords, planning to rule hell when royalty and King Satan II go to conquer heaven and rule there.

He also invented a doomsday missile, able to wipe the entire Heaven off the map. Once his business started failing due to demons becoming more civil, he decided to not give Heaven's populace anymore time, and he fired the weapon, killing millions of sweet angels who did little to no sins. He became by far the foremost villain of the series.

History[]

Beginnings[]

Vox is the leader of the 3 V's, including himself, and his brother and sister, Valentino, and Velvette. While he and Valentino are overtly evil, Velvette is often conflicted as she is heavily abused by the other two lords, and she will remain a lord on condition she brings Molly to Satan and gets rid of any resistance.

Vox at first called Velvette in, because Loona has escaped and was planning with Charlie to foil their plans, as Mammon has reported this to Valentino. He threatened Velvette that if she fails her tasks, she shall be sold to Mammon as a slave forever, instead of being free. Vox wasn't really planning to have her freed from hell, but lied to her so she would remain loyal to Satan.

Vox then went off to meet Satan in person. He told Satan that the girl shall be given to him within three days. Satan had doubts of him cause his weaknesses were his anger and arrogance. Vox was also told that if he manages to accomplish his goals, he might be able to rule hell when Satan takes over heaven with Molly's powers of both heaven and hell. He later sends Velvette on a mission to capture Molly and the other protagonists as a last chance to prove herself and not be sold to Mammon as a female slave. However, he also orders Valentino to watch her.

Aiding Valentino[]

It was revealed that Valentino's death was staged up by Vox, who manipulated Valentino into becoming the leader of Hell and usurping Satan. He did say that he has bigger plans. He is also after a certain weapon which he commands against the forces of Heaven. He later gives Valentino support when Valentino plots to humiliate Alastor and rule Hell instead of Satan. However, his support ends when Valentino is humiliated and put into house arrest for espionage, despite Fizzarolli being the real spy for the Anti-Christ. Vox prepares his weapon, and he reveals to his brother Valentino that he's useless, but further tries to manipulate him for standing with him when he sends a doomsday missile to heaven.

Launching the Doomsday Missile[]

Vox then asks his worker and female sex slave Verosika Mayday how reports are doing in VoxTech. Verosika tells him that since the downfall of porn, specifically the show "Valentino's Day", the demons of Hell are all becoming more civil. Vox threatens that he shall torture her and rape her if she fails to bring a new idea of how to get them under Vox' control. While having some spare time, Vox and Valentino discuss matters at their pool yard. Valentino and Vox debate about who is going to lead Hell after the battle. Vox was chosen, but he promised Valentino that he will finish off Alastor.

Vox comes to the hotel, realizing that Verosika went to help Loona on her quest to save her sister and Sera. When they returned from Heaven through the portal, Vox wanted to take Verosika back to work. However, Loona and the other protagonists protected her, although she did go back with Vox so her friends won't all be in danger from Vox and Valentino. Vox then electrocutes her multiple times, causing her to shout in massive pain, before he rapes her behind the scenes.

Vox then launched his doomsday weapon at Heaven, killing millions of angels at the very least.

Taking over Hell[]

After Lucifer Magne told a team of demons that the one who takes down the most rebels rules Hell as a prize, Vox is meanwhile in his office, as he receives The Kraken's Tooth. However, Red came to negotiate with him, telling him that if he'll give her the object she shall give him some good advice. She got the tooth for herself but her advice to Vox was to keep out of the rebel's business. One of Vox' guards tried to stop her from running away with the object, but the guard was overpowered and presumably killed.

Vox later takes his opportunity when Lucifer says he is now a rebel and redeems himself. Vox tells the villains that he needs to be the ruler of Hell and stop the rebellion once and for all. The others agreed, but the villains were all knocked out by Loona's spell. Vox became the new ruler of the underworld.

Personality[]

Vox is an arrogant lord of Hell, plotting to rule hell out of ambition when King Satan II goes to conquer Heaven and rule the skies above Earth. Vox is also shown to be very outraged and that was one of his many weaknesses, as Satan was aware of this. He is also disrespectful towards Velvet, and he doesn't really have any allies, but others rather listen to him out of fear of being punished very heavy punishments.

He is also very greedy and he would do anything to make money and gain power. He bosses around his female worker Verosika Mayday, often abusing her and telling her even one time that she cannot think for herself, but only for him. Vox is a cold-hearted rapist and sexual abuser, as shown with Verosika. He also has no remorse after he sends the doomsday missile to Heaven for a quest of world domination, as he killed millions of angels for doing nothing against him or Hell in general.

Trivia[]

  • He is the first version of Vox to lead the other three overlords of hell.
  • In the future of the series, Vox' ambitions for power and his pragmatic alliance with Lucifer and Satan will be further explored.
    • Furthermore, he didn't realize yet that Satan is fake. If he does, he will possibly want that power for himself.
