Vucarik is a minor antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's fanfiction Mike's New Ghostly Family, by Archcommander-Tenebros.

He is a demon lord who grew dissatisfied with the present state of affairs in Hell, believing that Lucifer has grown weak and unfit for leadership, and seeked to overthrow him to establish himself as the new leader, cooperating with William Afton to ensure that the Nightmares won't be able to foil their plans, providing him with means to have revenge on Mike Schmidt.

Appearance[]

Vucarik's appearance has not been described in full scale, so it's difficult to deduce what kind of appearance he has. He was described as a presumably humanoid demon lord who possesses a horned skull for a head, skeletal hands, and has wings on his back and a tail. He uses a serrated razor-sharp blade as a weapon.

Personality[]

Vucarik is power-hungry and arrogant demon lord who believes that Lucifer is no longer suitable for leadership, seeking to supplant him as a leader of all Hell. In pursuit of power, he made alliances with many other demon lords and even cooperated with William Afton, providing him with opportunities to escape Hell and have revenge on Mike Schmidt, though he ultimately cares for no one but himself and his own ambitions. He is also a coward, willing to let his allies die in his stead while he hides in his base, and as soon as he loses all of his armies, he immediately tries to flee to avoid or delay his punishment.

History[]

Vucarik was always dissatisfied with Lucifer's rule, seeing him as unworthy leader of Hell, and seeked to overthrow him and establish himself as the new leader. To do so, he formed alliances with the many demon lords, though many also refused to help him, Nightmare included. Realizing that he'll never assist him, Vucarik struck a bargain with William Afton, a damned soul that Nightmare loathed the most, providing him with an opportunity to escape Hell and return to the mortal world to have revenge on Mike Schmidt. William agreed, and Vucarik, after distracting the Nightmares with a diversion attack, invaded their palace and grievously injured Plushtrap, the Freddles and Nightmare B.B., stealing their essences and giving them to Afton, turning him into Nightmare Springtrap, and then sending the murderer onto Earth. He also gave Nightmare Springtrap a control over a portion of his armies, which he summoned in Mike's mind to combat him.

With the Nightmares distracted, Vucarik and his allies began their invasion, with many of Lucifer's loyalists and the neutrals who saw Vucarik's power grab for what it is being caught by surprise, though they quickly recovered. However, despite Vucarik's expectations, the Nightmares were able to join his enemies in battle, turning the tide of battle in their favor, and soon, Nightmare himself made his appearance. With one spell, he injured and withered many of Vucarik's allies, turning the deceased members into scepters that attacked their former comrades, and healed all of his own allies. With the second spell, he drove Vucarik's forces into murderous rage, forcing them to attack each other, and erased the feelings of camaraderie between his demon lord allies, turning them against each other. And with the third and final spell, he destroyed all that was left of Vucarik's armies, leaving him without any allies. The would-be usurper, realizing that he would be targetted soon as well, turned to flee, but Nightmarionne and Nightmare Fredbear constrained him and allowed Nightmare to grievously mutilate his body before he threw Vucarik to other demons, allowing them to torture him to their content.

After his defeat, Lucifer subjected Vucarik to unimaginably cruel punishments, with the many damned souls thanking God and Lucifer that their punishment wasn't as gruesome as his, with author's notes for Chapters 116 and 134 confirming that his final fate is being crucified upside-down on the flaming cross, gruesomely tortured by Lucifer and every demon who he wronged.

Trivia[]

The author's notes for Chapter 71 admit that Vucarik was created specifically to be, "for all intents and purposes, a plot device" to provide an opportunity to allow William Afton to escape Hell.
