Waluigi also known as Mr Handsome, The Almighty One and many more is the main villain protagonist of the 2340 web series The All Powerful Waluigi. He was once just like the original waluigi but he was born with god like multiverse power and accidently took over the entire earth after accidently lifting his finger to high. He would get a taste for the power and go on to conquer the entire multiverse with little effort and desires to sleep with all women in the world.
He is voiced by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
Personallity[]
Waluigi is at his surface an extremely power hungry man he desires nothing more than absolute power over everything first getting a taste of the power when he conquered the entire earth my accident and instead of realizing his mistake he took it as a gift. He will do absolutely anything to hold on to his power he mass brainwashed the entire multiverse to make every single person completely loyal to him so they would never rebel. As well as murdered anyone who showed the smallest signs of distrusting him.
Waluigi is also extremely perverted he got a taste for sex when he was only 18 and desired to sleep with every single woman on the entire planet. Due to his good looks he can get them to sleep with him pretty easily but not in the case with every single women as some were not interest in him or were lesbians. He to combat this problem changed every single woman's sexuality so they would be attracted to only him. Even though he usually doesn't have any problem getting most women to sleep with willingly he is also perfectly willing to use force if necessary or rewrite their mind so they would think they are consenting when they are actually not.

Background[]
Waluigi was born to two homeless people in the year 2000. Through unknown means he was born with every single power in the entire universe combined making him more powerful than anyone had every been. When he was only 10 years old he accidently lifted one of his fingers too high and conquered the entire earth instantly enslaving everyone to work for him. Waluigi was initially confused but soon began to see this as a gift he could exploit to his advantage.
He would use his powers to conquer the entire multiverse in a single day enslaving everyone to his will making him the supreme god of the multiverse at the age of 10. He would force everyone to work and serve his every need by brainwashing and rewriting his memories to make them unable to rebel. Just in case though he would murder anyone that showed even the slightest sign of disobeying him and was able to see everyone's thoughts on once so he always knew when people were about to rebel or were willing to.
At the age of 18 he got a taste for sex and set off on his desire to sleep with every single woman on the planet. He would do this either willingly or not, many women were willing to sleep with but the ones that weren't he rewrote their mind and sexuality so they would be sleeping with him.
Present[]
1000 years into Waluigi's rule it looked like nobody could stop him. A man named Mario "Jumpman" Mario however would give it a try. Waluigi however was far to powerful to be stopped Waluigi had known Mario was plotting this from the very beginning with his all seeing mind. He kidnapped Mario and took him to his dungeon he would begin torturing Mario in whatever horrible way he could come up with he would put him through agony killing him several times before ressurecting him and then killing him dead in multiple painful was. Like slowing torturing him to death having him eating by sharks melting his brains off, and giving him skin cancer.
Once Waluigi got bored with torturing Mario he trapped him in his final fate. He put him in a completely white area that Mario could walk through endlessly he would never be able to die, but he would continue aging and getting weaker and weaker it was a fate worse than death. He would also grab all of Mario's accomplices and trap them all in this fate worse than death and even Mario's brother Luigi even though he did nothing to him just out of spite for Mario plotting against him. He would also take Mario's wife Peach and then rape her without her being brainwashed and then trapped her in the same fate worse than death out of continued spite.
Powers and Abilities[]
Waluigi has all of the powers in the multiverse there is not one thing he is unable to do he is all knowing all seeing and all powerful. he took over the entire multiverse in a single say and enslaved and wind washed everyone in that same time period and ruled uncontested for 1000 years with him squashing the closest thing that ever got to a rebellion before it even started.
