Waving Wally, simply known as Wally, is a major antagonists of MrHalloweenJunkie's series, Wacky's Wonders,
He works for Wacky and has a creepy unhealthy relationship with children, because while he is nice to them, he can be a creepy pervert to them and would sometimes tell them to do uncomfortable things, but he also has a attitude problem since he gets very mad easily when someone he knows does something dumb, to the point where he would do something aggressive, but he is also a murderer, since him and his friend's revenge against N.O.V.A, they kill people and cause a massive mass murder.
He is voiced by Sat0r in part 1, PumpkinMarket in part 3 and 5 and MrHalloweenJunkie in part 6.
Appearance[]
Wally is a tall, vintage looking clown, who wears a black and white jumpsuit, with three red pom-poms, white gloves, a polka dotted red, white and black hat, large black clown shoes, blonde hair sides, a big red glowing clown nose, and big black holes in his eyes.
Personality[]
Wally is a hard working clown who would collect objects and put them in different containers, and he would show them off to the guests who enter his room, Wally also is a bit quiet because when he is in a meeting, he does not really say much, and he loves talking to the kids, again, he would do creepy stuff to them at times though.
History[]
In Wacky's Wonders part 6, in the middle of the story, Wally shows his guests a jar of acid, then he throws the acid into the air, burning a lot of people in the room, letting blood and bodily fluids spill to the floor and walls, Wally then grabbed a rake, then started beating people to the ground while they were in pain, and he would even use all sorts of weapons to kill off everyone, to please Wacky and Charlie.
Defeat[]
His defeat was announced when Charlie tried to call him on the radio, Wally did not respond, and Charlie thought that Wally got captured and taking hostage by the cops, it was later revealed at the end that he will be held captive at a local hospital.
