a Werewolf that is a major antagonists (as well as John Talbot) in the Wolfman Ark who attacks people in the Llanwelly Forest in 1969 for unknown reasons.

Biography[]

Meet the Van Helsings[]

in this episode waya is seen attacking someone showing "Monsters killing at will" his reason is unknown.

Gabriel Van Helsing vs Dracula[]

waya is seen among the Gypsies but doesn't reveal himself and seems to try to hide his eyes in all his scenes even in the fury attack he still seemed to hide himself.

Gabirel and The Wolfman[]

he is first seen resting on a tree he turns as soon as John is going to kill the woman, he is then seen after their encounter with john saying "Young Lord Talbot you keep foul company".

after a talk with waya and helsing they fight as he does waya talks about what he knows and eventually helsing pulls out his gun and shoots waya in the eye with a silver bullet but as he is leaving waya laughs and regenerates revealing that he is more than just a werewolf

Human Form[]

he wears a brown hat with bones along the brim, and brown trench coat, he has a grey beard and clawed fingers and bright yellow eyes.

he dresses in a similar manner to helsing

Werewolf Form[]

he has grey fur and light tanish accents on his chest and face this gives him a Mexican Wolf look.

Personality[]

despite werewolves being seen as violent and destructive in most of his scenes he seems to be just watching he acts in a calculative way watching instead of acting letting john go in first then calling him off after seeing the hunters.

"Bleiddiaid" is a Welsh word meaning "wolves". It is the plural form of "blaidd," which means "wolf".
Waya means "wolf" in the Cherokee language, "way" or "path" in Swahili, and "wire" in some East African languages like Luo and Swahili.
Vargrsen appears to be a compound name or surname of Scandinavian origin, combining the Old Norse word "vargr" meaning "wolf" and the common patronymic suffix "-sen" or related forms meaning "son" so it quite literally means "son of wolf".
it is possible that Waya is trying to watch helsing similar to Morkeherre.
Waya is the second villain to be immune to Silver (first being Ebony Bran)
