one of the monsters that are present in the Legend of Van Helsing Webtoon they are fast and powerful they can kill many monsters some monster hunters use werewolf claws and teeth instead of silver or stakes they have yet to appear but they are known to be a powerful monster standing taller than a man helsings have killed many of these monsters though thought to come only on a full moon many have shown to awaken when ever they want or unknown to them.
some times hunters face what they would call an Ancient Werewolf an older and more powerful werewolf they are tolerant to silver making them much harder to destroy.

these pack mentality monsters have keen senses allowing them to detect other monsters and hunters from standard humans this makes them have an advantage against the other monsters as only tricksters and other canids monsters have a strong enough sense of smell to detect other monsters.
their are a great many packs throughout the lands many being secretive as when hunters discover them they want to remove the entire clan this leads to werewolves having strict laws and traditions like the turning of mates by their fathers and the disownment of packs and members who openly abuse their powers on humans.
some werewolves join the holy orders (as The Hounds of God) as it allows them to live without fear of hunters (except the beast hunters and the watchers as they don't care) and their skilled noises allow them to track down dangerous monsters that lurk unseen by humans and their skills allow them to take down these monsters.

- Silver: silver burns the skin of werewolves stoping regeneration.
- Wolfbane: works like a poison.
- Fire: they are covered in fur and fur is flammable.
- Elderwood: very hard to do but fatal to all werewolves.
