William Afton, later known as Scraptrap, is the main antagonist of the FNAF Minecraft animation series Disconnected by EnchantedMob.
He is the co-founder of Fazbear Entertainment who worked with his best friend, Henry Emily, to develop the company. However, unbeknownst to Henry, William is also a serial killer who kidnapped and murdered children at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. After killing four children and stuffed them inside the animatronic suits, William targeted Henry's daughter, Charlotte Emily, as his next victim. Her death at the hands of William causing the events of the series to occur.
He is the former best friend-turn-archenemy of Henry Emily. He is also the husband of Mrs. Afton and the father of Michael Afton.
Biography[]
Backstory[]
Not much is known about William's past, other than he married an unnamed beautiful woman and together they had a son, Michael Afton. Sometime later, William met Henry Emily and together they founded Fazbear Entertainment, starting with Fredbear's Family Diner and then Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Both restaurants were hugely successful and made a lot of profit. However, unbeknownst to Henry, William is also a serial killer who killed children at the Pizzeria. His first murder was four children at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. After killing them, William stuffed their bodies into the Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy animatronic suits, causing their souls to possess the four animatronics. After the murder, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza was shut down, causing the animatronics to be left to wither. Not long after the murder, William also killed his own wife while they were dancing for an unknown reason. William's wife's soul then possessed an animatronic ballerina named Ballora.
After Freddy Fazbear's Pizza was shut down, William and Henry plan to open a new restaurant called Circus Baby's Pizza World. William saw this as another murder and targeted several children, one of which was Henry's daughter, Charlotte Emily.
Part 1 : Disconnected[]
After purchasing an abandoned building, William and Henry began dividing the tasks, with William building the animatronics for the restaurant, while Henry rearranged the building to look like a children's restaurant. However, after arriving at the robot workshop, William instead built animatronics designed to kill children. William puts several pictures of the children he was targeting, one of which was Charlotte.
Unfortunately for William, Henry arrives at his robot workshop and finds out about William's plan to kill children, including his daughter. When Henry was about to escape, William tried to kill Henry by shooting him with his gun. Fortunately, Henry managed to escape and only received injuries on the right side of his body. William then activated the four new animatronics called Funtime Animatronics to kill the children.
Part 2 : Save Me[]
Knowing that Henry would thwart his plans, William decided to speed up his plans and immediately went to look for Charlotte. He finds Charlotte outside Fredbear's Family Diner, after she was thrown out by some bullies. William approaches Charlotte with a knife and prepares to kill her. Despite trying to escape, Charlotte is ultimately killed by William and her body is left lying outside Fredbear's Family Diner. William then left Fredbear's Family Dinner, not realizing that The Puppet had approached Charlotte's body, causing Charlotte to possess The Puppet.
Part 3 : Dance to Forget[]
After killing Charlotte, William decided to go home and sleep. However, while he was sleeping, a mysterious magenta smoke appeared from under the blanket, waking William. The smoke then leads William to a fireplace which turns out to be the entrance to an underground animatronic factory called Animatronics Rental Service, where William built the Funtime Animatronics. While exploring the underground factory, William several times saw the shadow of a mysterious woman who then locked him in a dark room. While relighting the lantern, William is chased by several Minireenas who try to kill him. With his agility and acrobatic skills, William managed to escape from the Minireenas and enter a room with a red curtained stage and immediately block the door with a locker.
However, just when William thought he was safe, the shadow of the mysterious woman reappeared behind the red curtain. William, who noticed the woman's shadow, realized that the woman was his own wife, whom he killed several days ago. William's wife, now in the form of the animatronic Ballora, then shows a silhouette of herself and William dancing, which touches him. However, the silhouette finally shows William pulling out a knife and stabbing his own wife, leaving William shocked in horror. Realizing that his wife had returned for revenge, William immediately moved the locker that blocking the door, along with William's wife who appear in the form of a scary Ballora animatronic. William then tried to escape from Ballora who was chasing him by crawling on the ceiling. Using the body of a Minireena to press the elevator button, William manages to escape by jumping into the elevator and closing it's doors just before Ballora can catch him. William then watched with a face full of regret as his wife was left in a dark underground factory.
Part 4 : It's Me[]
After taking his son to bed, William went to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza which was shut down, without realizing that his son, Michael, was following him. William hold a knife that had bloodstains on it, possibly from where he killed the four children there. However, suddenly Charlotte, now possessed The Puppet, appears, surprising William and Evan. William turned and was shocked to see Henry's daughter returning for revenge. The Puppet then used her powers to resurrect and control four withered animatronics that had been possessed by William's first four victims to kill William. Even though he was overwhelmed and even bleeding, William managed to defeat the four of them. While off guard, The Puppet uses her powers on William and shows a flashback of William's first murder. After being released from her power, the four child souls appeared and cornered William. Seeing an oil barrel, William decides to shoot the barrel, causing a large explosion that also causes the room to catch fire and Michael to faint. William tries to hide from the four child souls by wearing a Spring Bonnie suit. When four child spirits arrive, William prepares to fight them. Unfortunately, the Spring Bonnie suit causes a springlock failure and crushes William, causing him to scream in pain inside the now burning restaurant. Luckily, his son, Michael, was rescued by The Puppet and brought back to his home.
Part 5 : Dream Your Dream[]
William appears in one of Henry's flashbacks. He shows a special device that can emit a special signal that can lure the animatronics to the source of the signal.
In the future, an elderly Henry decides to use this special device to lure all the remaining animatronics so they can be destroyed and end their reign of terror once and for all. One of the animatronics is William, now named Scraptrap. Scraptrap, along with Scrap Baby, Molten Freddy, and Lefty (Charlotte) are then lured to a new restaurant which is actually a trap created by Henry to destroy them all.
Part 6 : Break the Cycle[]
Scraptrap appears from the ceiling and stops Michael from dodging the other Scrap Animatronics. Strangely, the four Scrap Animatronics did not attack and instead stood motionless. Michael who sees the special device and oil on the floor realizes that this is a trap from Henry. Henry, who was smoking, then threw his cigarette and it hit the oil, causing a fire that killed Michael. The special device eventually caught fire as well, causing the Scrap Animatronics to break free from Henry's control and burn up as well. Henry sees all the Scrap Animatronics, including Scraptrap, burned and lying motionless.
However, just as Henry is about to leave thinking it's all over, Scraptrap turns out to be still alive and not burned at all, which surprises Henry. Scraptrap and Henry then see the door on the roof open. Scraptrap immediately goes upstairs to get out of the burning restaurant, but is stopped by Henry, who is ready to fight him. After taking their stance, the two then went forward to fight. Initially, Henry manages to lands several hits on Scraptrap. However, Scraptrap ultimately defeat Henry and even almost kills Henry by strangling him with his tie. Luckily for Henry, Henry's wife, who knew Henry's plan, helped Henry by hitting Scraptrap in the face with a crowbar, causing him to lose his face. An angry Scraptrap then slapped Henry's wife hardly. Seeing his wife being attacked, Henry became furious and mercilessly punched Scraptrap in the face several times. This causes the guardrail to be destroyed and will make Scraptrap fall into the fire. However, Scraptrap immediately grabbed Henry's leg and dragged him so they can fall and burn together. When Henry was about to fall, his wife held his hand and tried to save him. However, seeing that the guardrail his wife was holding was about to come loose, Henry decided to sacrifice himself to save his wife, causing him and Scraptrap to fall into the fire and burn to death, ending William's reign of terror once and for all and also avenging the deaths of all of William's victims who were killed by him.
Appearance[]
As William Afton, he is a good looking man with fair skin and black hair. He also wear black pants, black shoes and wears a white shirt with a magenta neck tie but he covers it by wearing a black suit with magenta lines at the sleeves seen near his hands. He sometimes wears a black hat on his head. He also has black hair as the hair style looks the same to his son, Michael Afton.
As Scraptrap, he is an olive green animatronic rabbit with holes and tears all over his body. He has a peculiarly large skull with brown lips and sharp teeth, flesh in-between the holes and joints, and one arm missing while exposing a strangely sharp and pointy bone. He has one black button.
Personality[]
At first, William seems like a trustworthy and loyal friend, seeing as Henry trusted him to build the animatronics. However, William is actually a ruthless, sadistic, and cold hearted psychopath who enjoys killing children. He showed no mercy towards his victims even though the victims were those closest to him, such as Charlotte and Henry. He is also a vicious traitor, betraying his friendship with Henry by targeting his daughter. One of William's bad attitudes is his rude attitude towards women, seen in how he literally killed his own wife and left her alone in a dark underground factory as a scary animatronic. Another example is slapping Henry's wife hardly for hitting him in the face with a crowbar. He is also a cunning manipulator and liar, seen in how he tricked several children into coming with him only to be killed.
After becoming Scraptrap, he becomes wilder and attacks aggressively. Also unlike when he was William Afton, Scraptrap tends to prefer torturing his victims before killing them, such as when he tortured Henry by strangling him by pulling his tie, causing Henry pain.
Despite his ruthless and sadistic crimes, he seems to care a little about his family, seen in how he shows affection towards his wife when they dance right before he kill her and shows regret when leaving her in a dark underground factory. He also seems to care a little to his son Michael, seen when he puts him to sleep, possibly because Michael is the only member of his family who still alive, so he wants to keep him safe.
