William Afton is the main protagonist of the fan film "Family Comes First".

He was a serial child killer who devoured the hearts of children to become immortal. Soon, he would try to find peace in the afterlife. Throughout the film, he philosophizes with the Old Man Consequences.

Personality[]

Unlike the original version of the character, this William Afton is more calm, reasonable and serene. Throughout the film, he remains calm, even when faced with cosmic horrors. But despite his more balanced nature, William is still an unrepentant murderer. Throughout the film, Afton made it clear that he was never going to redeem himself or apologize for his actions, for example, when an Old Man Consequences asked him "What would you do if he had a time machine?" William said without hesitation that he would kill again, but with the changed method. Although he did not repent of his crimes, he did not feel satisfied and did not feel pleasure in killing.

One of the clearest examples of Afton's psychopathy is the lack of any pleasure from art. According to him, he had never gone to a cinema before the murder, and when he watched a movie to distance himself from his actions, he felt terrible. One of the reasons for this feeling was the lack of understanding of art in principle. But despite this terrible feeling, William just didn't care what he did. Considering that art is a vivid expression of human emotions and feelings, and the lack of understanding of human creativity in William's eyes, this is a clear example of the absence of humanity as such.

Although Afton has become calmer after being imprisoned in a suit, he is still a narcissist abuser who puts himself above everyone else. Despite a more neutral relationship with his family, as well as saving his youngest son, he, like the original doppelganger, remains a terrible neglectful father who sees his children as property. For example, he shows no sympathy for Elizabeth and coldly communicates with her, and insincerely hugs her in return. Or when the Old Man Consequences said that Afton was a good parent and his creations were innovative, William was not interested in what kind of father he was to his children in the eyes of the old man, but what a brilliant inventor he was.

After all, William Afton is still a psychopath with no hope of redemption. His evil is so great that even the Old Man Consequences was surprised by his vile nature. Nevertheless, Afton was ready to go to hell because he believed that he deserved all the suffering for his actions.

Appearance[]

In human form, William looks like a very thin middle-aged man with long black hair and pale skin. His face is angular and his cheekbones are visible. Afton wears a white T-shirt.

Springtrap looks exactly like in the games. It's a rotten rabbit costume of dark green color, the whole body is covered with holes. Inside the costume is Afton's corpse.

Scrptrap is co-ordinally different from its game equivalent. The mask looks like it is always smiling, the lower teeth are pointed, while the two upper teeth are normal. The suit is more destroyed, parts of the endoskeleton and the corpse are visible. The corpse itself looks like a rotted human skeleton that still has flesh on it. Depending on the lighting, the eyes change color from a white sclera and black pupils to a black sclera with white pupils.
