The Wittebane Militia Unit is team of superhumans in Season 2 of All For Luz, a dark The Owl House and My Hero Academia crossover fic written by DeathlyJazzHands55.
They're group of teenaged and young adult killers disowned by their families and society that Tyler Wittebane to kill his enemies after they recently gained Quirks. The Assassin Branch in Connecticut are known as "God's Champions" and act as supporting antagonists.

Riley Stewardson[]

Luz's 19-year old cousin from her father's side of the family, and is the most reluctant hired gun for the Wittebane church. Her Quirk is "Bomb Touch" which is able to make anything or anyone she touches with her hands into a bomb that can be triggered by a detonator charade with her finger, as long she has enough hatred for it.
Derreck Winchester[]
Derreck is a 17-year-old hitman hired by the Wittebanes to kill Luz at the supermarket. His Quirk is called Multiplier and it allows him to multiple the number of arms from his body. He can grow up to 50 arms at most, and can also merge the many hands together into giant arms, the size of a bus each.
Charlie[]
Charlie is an 18-year-old Mercenary hired by the Wittebanes who is Genderfluid and acts as a transporter for their comrades. Their Quirk is called Warping and it allows them to teleport individuals to and from his current location. It works by producing a black liquid that acts as a portal for people and items, via people's mouth's. They can use this Quirk on a large scale, producing multiple black liquid portals. This Quirk, however, has many limitations: it's not a coordinate-based warping and can only warp things to and from their location. It also has a limited range and it only works if it's used on someone with whom they've met in person.
Jonah Smith[]

Jonah is a 19-year-old infamous criminal convicted murder and rape, serving as one of the main secondary antagonists of the "Death to Normality" arc. He is a large and intimidating hitman of The Wittebane Mega Church, known as one of the most sadistic and brutal one of them all. His Quirk is called Smog which allows him to turn his body into purple smoke.
Sophia Humbolt[]

Sophia is a 20-year-old former MMA fighter with the most destructive capabilities in the unit and the last one to be introduced, who cares more about a good fight than the money. Her Quirk is called Limitless, that manifests as energy balls: "Blue", which attracts matter, "Red", which repels it.

Millie is a 50-year-old officer of the Emperor's Coven and Emperor Belos's personal assassin who he loaned to Tyler Wittebane to deal with the new All For One in the Human Realm.
Hunter[]
Hunter is the current Golden Guard and Emperor Belos's 16-year-old nephew and right-hand man, a highly skilled and powerful fighter of the Emperor's Coven, despite his young age. Although he might not be as loyal as he appears to be. He possesses Four Quirks thanks to All For One's meddling: Lightbringer, Super Regeneration, Selective-Gigantism, and Overclock.
