Xuriah D'arcmast'r is a major antagonist of Legends Online. He is a rival of Nekrozoth who attempted to usurp him and take control of his empire and power over all evil. He appears as the main antagonist of Helluva City and Dungeon Crawler, and the secondary antagonist of The Ravaging Abomination From Beyond storyline.

Xuriah once ruled 10 universes of his own, and made a pact with Ravagus to help him conquer the Omniverse. One day, he decided to wage war on Nekrozoth in order to seize his powers and status as the rules of all evil. However, he didn't anticipated that Nekrozoth had superior technology, magic, numbers, and weaponry and easily defeated him.
He fell onto Earth, and decided to rebuild his army by conquering it which led him into conflict with the Champions.
Helluva City[]
Xuriah leads a small army in a plot to takeover Hell, and restart his conquest of multiverse. He plans to use chemical weapons capable of transforming people into monstrous zombies, a weapon created by the traitorous Nazaroth who's a conspirator. However, he hides in a secret base within a city in Hell with several guards, including his creation Herr Zaal.
Nekrozoth sends the player to go and stop Xuriah for invading his "Properties" while scoffly denounce Xuriah as a little coward. Once the player located the hideout, there it's revealed that he has been using human souls and demons as live experiments for his new toxins. They are force to do battle with Xuriah's soldiers, while given the orders to massacre everyone in the hideout except for Xuriah whom Nekrozoth plans to torture. Then, the player must do battle with several mini clones of Herr Zaal before facing the real thing.
Once the player defeats all of them, they encounter Xuriah who activates the machine that'll launch missiles containing the virus. They fight Xuriah who would use several combinations of his own powers. Once defeated, the player must try to deactivate the missiles but not destroy them (Nekrozoth has plans for them). Xuriah makes his escape while the player was distracted but left a bomb capable of destroying the whole city as an act of spite.
