The Zombies are the titular enemies and antagonists of the mod of the sequel of the first Plants vs. Zombies game Project ECLISE.
About[]
Project ECLISE is a game mod created by Goodpea2 and Mine Power, which has been re-modified from the original sequel of Plants vs. Zombies. As many fans are disappointed with the presence of micro-transactions, they spent their time to recreate the game from scratch by removing said problem and fixing the mistakes that the original game has created. The recreation of the game made the zombies from vanilla possess newer traits, being more powerful, and allows the players to rely on their proper strategies to defeat them.
Differences from vanilla version[]
Player's House[]
- Newspaper Zombie - His newspaper has lower health than its vanilla counterpart, nerfed to Solid toughness.
- Mega Gargantuar - This zombie behaves like a normal Gargantuar but with greater endurance due to his protective junkyard gears.
- Conehead Imp - This is a fusion of a Conehead Zombie and an Imp.
Ancient Egypt[]
- Flag Mummy Zombie - His flag got redesigned.
- Ra Zombie - This zombie gained health buff.
- Torchlight Zombie - The entire zombie sprites got redesigned to distinguish him from Explorer Zombie in his extinguished form.
- Tomb Raiser Zombie - His outfit design gave him extra jewelry as well as a health buff.
- Pharaoh Zombie - His sarcophagus has increased toughness.
- Cleopatra Zombie - This Egyptian dancer summons a rhombus formation of Ra Zombies.
Lost City[]
- Flag Adventurer Zombie - His flag got redesigned.
- Relic Hunter Zombie - His health got reduced in exchange for faster speed.
- Turquoise Skull Zombie - This zombie also appeared as a surprise attack called Sun Focant, where he remains still and continuously steals the sun, while his laser deals no damages.
- Mime Zombie: This zombie can eat plants forward or behind him a tile away, as well as performing a pulling attack, where he damages the leftmost plant.
Dark Ages[]
- Shadow Zombie - This is a Mummy Zombie holding an invisible tablet that allows him to pass the plants without eating them, even when his tablet gets destroyed.
Pirate Seas[]
- Cannonhead Zombie - This is a Barrelhead Zombie, except that the cannon headpiece protects him instead of a barrel
- Pelican Zombie - He gains health buff in exchange for a bit slower speed.
- Imp canon - The cannon receives health buff in exchange for a slower firing speed.
Frostbite Caves[]
- Cave Flag Zombie - His flag got redesigned.
- Zombie Nether Dodo - This fast Dodo bird can only be detected while flying over Primal Plants and other special tiles effects.
Wild West[]
- Zombie Chicken - This zombie can dodge all straight projectiles.
- Vegan Zombie - this fast zombie eats everything in his way, including low plants.
Big Wave Beach[]
- Snorkel Zombie - While submerging, this zombie can also cover himself from attacks.
- Coral Cage Zombie - This zombie is similar to Pharaoh Zombie, except her cage is denser than Pharaoh's sarcophagus.
- Balloon Zombie - He can now fly over straightforward projectiles at him.
Jurassic Marsh[]
- Jurassic Fossilhead - This zombie now gains extra speed.
- Flint Imp - This Imp explodes close to the fifth column and kills a plant in it.
- Zombie Amber - This zombie can reanimate itself after being defeated in certain circumstances.
Far Future[]
- Disco Jetpack Zombie - This zombie gains a health buff to distinguish him from Jetpack Zombie.
- Shield Zombie - His mech gains extra health, and he immediately activates his shield upon his entrance.
- Robocone Zombie - The mech gains extra health, as well as freeze and knockback resistance.
- Disco-Tron 3000 - The mech gains extra health and knockback resistance.
- Mecha-Football Zombie - The mech gains extra toughness, as well as freeze and knockback resistance.
- Gargantuar Prime - This gigantic mech deploys two Bug Bot Imps instead of one. Its laser can also damage zombies, as well as knockback resistance.
Neon Mixtape Tour[]
- Neon Flag Zombie - His flag got redesigned.
- Arcade Zombie - His arcade machine rapidly spawns 8-Bit Basic Zombies.
- Boombox Zombie - He appears in his Charming Hits surprise attack, where he comes above the ground and instantly plays the Ballad Jam.
- Football Zombie - This zombie behaves like his Plants vs. Zombies 1 counterpart, as he no longer tackles plants in this mod as well as health buff.

Trivia[]
- Goodpea2 claimed that he won't add any zombies from the Chinese version in this mod.
- Explorer Zombie, Torchlight Zombie, and Cleopatra Zombie are the only zombies in Ancient Egypt that are not mummified.
- Out of them, Cleopatra Zombie is an unused zombie from the vanilla version.
- Flag Zombie and his variants now moves faster, referring to his first game incarnation.
- Most of the new zombies in this mod are re-modified from the original version:
- Shadow Zombie is re-modified from the Camel Zombies, as the Mummy Zombie holds the camel shield, which gets redesigned to the invisible tablet. Also, he can is attached with the second and third Camel Zombies on the selection screen.
- Cannonhead Zombie gets redesigned from the Barrelhead Zombie from the vanilla version.
- Zombie Nether Dodo gets redesigned from the Dodo Rider Zombie, due to the same animations.
- Vegan Zombie shares his design with Poncho Zombie.
- Coral Cage Zombie shares her animations with the Pharaoh Zombie.
- Flint Imp is a re-modified Super-Fan Imp from the vanilla version.
- Conehead Imp and Mega Gargantuar are modified after the Imp and Gargantuar respectively.
- Mega Gargantuar is inspired from the Giga-Gargantuar from the first game.
- During the Zombie Nether Dodo's death animation, one can see what appear to be Sans from Undertale.
- Coral Cage Zombie is a reference to Neptuna from Plants vs. Zombies Heroes, as stated in her appearance and her favorite comic book character.
